Barack The Bomb-Thrower

Mohammed Atta was born in Egypt in 1968 in a small town in the Nile delta, but moved with his family to Cairo at age 10. He studied architecture at Cairo University, and went to Hamburg, Germany in 1992 to continue his studies. Atta enrolled in the urban planning at the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, where he remained a student until fall 1999. In Hamburg, Atta became involved with the Al-Quds Mosque. At some point, he met Marwan al-Shehhi, Ramzi Binalshibh, and Ziad Jarrah who all became part of the Hamburg Cell. Atta disappeared from Germany for periods of time, spending some time in Afghanistan, including several months in late 1999 and early 2000 when he met top Al-Qaeda leaders including Osama bin Laden.

But despite the military planning by foreign nationals involved in the attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the failed attempt on either the U.S. Capitol building or the White House, Presidential hopeful Barack Obama* feels that if foreign national Mohammed and others of his ilk had survived they should be treated as a U.S. citizen with the full rights and free legal representation afforded American citizens in American courts along with jaywalkers, litterbugs, and ordinary wife-murdering scum such as Orenthal James Simpson.

On Monday in Michigan, Obama became exercised when talking about the need to give even suspected terrorists legal rights.

“We may think this is Mohammed the terrorist,’’ he said at a campaign rally, but “it might be Mohammed the cab driver. You might think it’s Barack the bomb-thrower. But it might be Barack the guy running for president.’’

Continuing, he got more heated, his voice booming. Referring to the Constitution, he said: “Don’t mock the Constitution! Don’t make fun of it! Don’t suggest that it’s un-American to abide by what the founding fathers set up! It’s worked pretty well for 200 years!’’

He finished with a sigh: “These people.”

No, Barack Hussein Obama, I say with a bigger sigh, “You people.” This isn’t just a small difference of opinion. This is another example of the fundamental disregard or indifference to the rights of American citizens to the protection and defense of their country by their military and a blatant attempt to turn what should be swift and fair military trials into the circus of the type of “justice” afforded to Orenthal James Simpson.

*Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Obama, Sr., a Black Kenyan of Nyang’oma Kogelo, Siaya District, Kenya, and Ann Dunham, a White American from Wichita, Kansas.
